Bay Point is Getting a New Library!

Contra Costa County has approved the development of a new multi-use community named Orbisonia Heights. It spans seven acres and includes residential spaces, commercial retail space, and a new county library!

The site for Orbisonia Heights is on Bailey Road between Highway 4 and West Leland Road. It is adjacent to Ambrose Park, across the street from the Oak Hills ShoppingCenter, and a block from the Pittsburg/Bay Point BART Station.

We are holding discussion groups with local residents to gather input and opinions. The viewpoints shared in these meetings will influence the design of the new library.
